We require a signed contract for all new web site development, web site redesign projects, and monthly contracts for web site maintenance/support service. We do not require signed contracts for a number of on-going services.

If we sign a contract for maintenance with you, we are committed to implement all kinds of updates except for custom programming and requests that require serious database modification within 48-72 hours of your request. Requests that require custom programming and serious database modification will be implemented within 72-96 hours of your request.

Payment time is always discussed in all signed contracts; however if your project doesn't require a signed contract, we charge 50% of total price up front and the rest after project's completion and approval.

We provide 48 hour turnaround for emergency services. Emergency service is a premium service which is billed at $60 per hour with one hour minimum. Prepayment of first hour minimum is required.

Domain name registration as well as selection of web hosting provider and payment for their service is responsibility of the client. Client is obliged to provide Dream Web Design with account information for the hosting service provider. Dream Web Design can assist client in domain name registration and selection of hosting provider and hosting plan.

If you agree, Dream Web Design would like to display a link at the bottom of each page of the web site designed, developed or redesigned by our company. If we implemented any type of service including, but not limited to, installation and set up of any kind of software, database development, custom programming, maintenance service, etc., we'd also like to mark ourselves on your web site as Web Development Company that provides that type of service.

Dream Web Design provides 14 days of free text changes after the date of acceptance of the web site. Any changes other than text changes specified in the previous sentence are applicable for additional fee after the web site has been completely finished with Your approval. Text changes can be implemented for additional fee after expiration of fourteen (14) days of free text updates, as specified before. All errors made by Dream Web Design will be corrected at no charge.

Photos, graphics, and multimedia provided by Dream Web Design are copyrighted by Dream Web Design and remain its property. All content provided by client remains properly of client and will not be used by Dream Web Design without client's permission. Dream Web Design is not responsible for clearing copyright of materials (photos, graphics, multimedia) provided by client.

All web design and web development work is provided as is without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Dream Web Design is neither responsible nor liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages arising out of the use or relating in any way to the web site, site-related services, content or information contained within the web site.

Dream Web Design reserves the right to refuse to create any web site that violates the law, regulation, or infringes on the rights of any third party, or for any other reason that Dream Web Design decides.

You agree not to depict Dream Web Design or any of the products or services provided in a false or misleading manner. You further agree not to link to Dream-Web-Design.com in any way that is improper, deceitful, indecent, or damages the name or reputation of Dream Web Design.

By purchasing any our products or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted our Terms Of Service. If you have not read and accepted our Terms Of Service, do not purchase our products or services.
